How TronVault approaches anti-money-laundering as a non-custodial tool.
Last updated: August 16, 2026
TronVault is a non-custodial, self-sovereign wallet tool. It does not hold, transmit, exchange, or manage user funds, and it does not offer accounts, deposits, withdrawals, or fiat services. As a pure self-custody interface to public blockchains, it is not positioned as a money-services business, exchange, or custodian.
Because the software has no accounts, no user identifiers, and no custody, there is no customer activity for TronVault to monitor, screen, report, or freeze. We hold no user data and no user funds.
Users are solely responsible for complying with the anti-money-laundering, counter-terrorism-financing, sanctions, and tax laws of their jurisdictions, including any obligations arising from their activity on public blockchains.
TronVault software must not be used for unlawful purposes. We cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities to the extent applicable and within the limits of the (minimal) data we hold.
