Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the TronVault wallet. Read them before sending any funds.

Last updated: August 16, 2026

1. The service

TronVault is a self-custody mobile wallet application for the Tron network, provided "as is". The application generates and stores your cryptographic keys locally on your device and lets you interact with the Tron blockchain directly.

TronVault is not a bank, exchange, custodian, or financial institution. We never take custody, control, or possession of your funds at any time. Your digital assets are held and controlled exclusively by you, through keys that only you possess.

2. No custody, no recovery

Because TronVault is non-custodial, we cannot recover your wallet, restore your recovery phrase, reverse transactions, or freeze accounts. If you lose your recovery phrase or device, your funds may be permanently inaccessible.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your recovery phrase and for all activity performed with your keys.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to: (a) keep your recovery phrase and PIN secure; (b) verify all recipient addresses and network fees before confirming transactions — TronVault shows the exact fee before every send, but the decision to confirm is yours; (c) comply with all laws applicable to your use of digital assets, including tax obligations; (d) be of legal age in your jurisdiction.

4. Transactions and fees

Transactions on the Tron network are irreversible. Network fees (energy, bandwidth, and account-creation costs) are determined by the Tron protocol, displayed before confirmation, and paid entirely to the network — not to us.

Third-party market data (prices, charts) shown in the app is provided by public APIs for convenience and may be delayed or inaccurate.

5. No advice

Nothing in TronVault constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Digital assets are volatile and may lose all of their value.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TronVault and its providers are not liable for any losses arising from lost phrases, compromised devices, user error, network failures, third-party services, or market movements. The app is used at your sole risk.

7. Changes

We may update these terms with app updates. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. The current version is always available at this page.
