Getting started
Create a wallet (12-word phrase generated on-device), write the phrase down offline, confirm it, set a 6-digit PIN and biometrics. To restore on any device: Settings can reveal the phrase, or use Import during setup.
Why does a USDT transfer burn TRX?
Tron charges energy for contract calls. Without energy, the network burns TRX instead. TronVault shows the exact cost before you confirm — and the Energy screen lets you stake TRX so transfers cost 0 TRX.
Adding a token that is not listed
Settings → Assets → Add TRC-20 by contract. The name, symbol and decimals are read live from the token contract itself — verify the address on tronscan.org before trusting a custom token.
Lost your PIN?
Your recovery phrase IS the wallet: reinstall the app and import it to regain full access. Without the phrase, neither you nor anyone else can recover the funds.
